精和气只是初学者的等级。

还有其他的等级：

神 xu(我不知道汉语怎么说），道……

佛教和道教最终都让你的心灵净化。回归真我。

所有的方法都是好方法：不同的人需要不同等级的方法开始。

对比是不好的。方法适合你的需要和环境就是好方法。

道家是极不赞成火化的，不过也有个别的，传说张紫阳就有甘碧耀金姿。

错。如果您能将精神和气练到极限，在这的世界，已经没几个人能比的上您，而您自然知道上修更多的东西。

Wrong: Jing is not "Jing Shen", it is physiological "Jing"

If you are so confused about basicDaoist terminologies, it is difficult to talk any more.......just like you can not talk to someone about English if they don' t even know ABC..

Daoist practices:

Jing (not JIng Shen) turns into Qi......

(That was all we were talking about)

We haven't gotten into "Shen" yet........

Shen moves into Xu, Xu moves into Dao......

Ha..ha....Jing and Shen in Daoism are two different things.
You cannot simply combine them with your everyday language
and combine them as "Jing Shen"

These are technical terms of Daoism, not daily language.


We did not talk about "Jing Shen" at all. I was just saying, qigong is not a matter of just practicing "qi" only.......

Sorry, I don't know how to help you, if you don't even know the basic terminologies.
