秘诀：喝枸杞水

李清云出生于1677年，死于1933年，在世256年，是清末民国初年的中医中药学者，也是世界上著名的长寿老人。在他100岁时（1777年）曾因在中医中药方面的杰出成就，获政府的特别奖励。在他200岁的时候，仍常去大学讲学。这期间，他曾接受过许多西方学者的来访。李清云一生娶过24个妻子，子孙满堂。他认为自己健康长寿的原因有三：
一是长期素食，二是内心保持平静、开朗，三是常年将拘杞煮水当茶饮。
英国、法国的医学科研工作者们听到这一消息后，便对拘杞进行了深入研究。他们发现枸杞中含有一种没见过的维生素，便取名为「维生素X」。也称之为「驻颜维生素」。经动物实验证实，拘杞具有抑制脂肪在纤维内蓄积、促进肝细胞的新生、降低血糖、降低胆固醇等作用。拘杞的「返老还童」作用表现为：可刺激性腺及内分泌腺，增强荷尔蒙的分泌，强化脑细胞和神经细胞的生理功能，可避免人随年龄增长而出现血中积存毒素的现象，从而维持体内各组织的正常功能。 （摘自《周未报》）

77777777: I'd rather believe in your story, because after all it is un-official. Just like Wang Liping nearly had nearly met Xu Shu. However, this one seems quite official, so it must be false!

Please think with your own brain!
Don't be fooled by their quoting of "English and French" scientists!
I have surfed on Google, the most power searching engine for "Vitamin X" and couldn't find any clue as what they boasted. (I know both languages)
BTW, if something is so marvelous and has been formally studied, why you only heard it until nearly today???
The person are said to be a Chinese, why our book didn't write it down? ONly English and French scientists are interested in it???
SAD, so sad to see people fooled by such low level joke!!!
