在丹道炼精化气后，男子汉的局部会有些缩回。逐步往下炼后，丹会越多的，一颗颗的。什么小还丹，大还丹，九还丹，有很多的种，也有很多颗的，并不是就一颗。
如果过性生活，最好能交而不泄。但是，谁不想到琼楼最上层呢？看着人就要到达最高峰了，哪位大英雄能舍大好风景而归隐林下呢？欲望和风流的代价是很大的。泄一次就要丢失一颗丹，而且，这要用一个月才能炼回来。

You can get as many "Dan" as you want
even when you are 70/80 year old.

Most of the Daoist Masters have wives and children at their young age.
They practice after 60/ 70 year of age.

Get back all the "Dan" !!
