请问！阴神出壳后该怎么对待？？ [复制链接]

Nam Hui Jin is a good teacher, but he mainly talks about "Buddhist Practice".
He has very little understanding on "Daoist practice" (and lots of misunderstanding).
Go to your teacher to ask is the best.
Your teacher knows your method, your history, and your level.

I have seen a lot of good people knowing "Method A" trying to give guidance to people practicing "Method B" ---ends up doing harm instead of help.

I would keep my mouth shut (not to talk) if I don't even know what method his is practicing !

What Method is the person asking this question practicing ?
You need to give more history and details.

(It is like medical doctors - in both Eastern and Western medicines, they always ask the background first)

(P.S. I heard your teacher is not here. The most common thing for people practicing any method to do is:
to stay calm, don't try to interpret it as good or bad, just treat is as normal and nothing special......
stay still, calm, ignore what is happening, don't be afraid, don't think of it......just take it easily.
Wait and go to see your teacher as soon as possible)

试着翻译上边两句：你最好去问你的师父。你的师父知道你的练功方法、知道你的过去和你的修炼水平。

我可是第一次看7777777先生的帖子，没想到此人如此热心、如此乐于助人、如此有耐心、如此有内涵的对待一个求助者。让我直接就想到老三篇当中《纪念白求恩》的毫不利己、专门利人的言语。
不错，[显赫」问别人不如问老师，自己的师父最了解自己的一切。别人甚至好心也会指错路。这是实情，并且，你将你的内景如此不负责任的说出来，本身就是对师父的不尊重。
这个问题，其实要处理很简单，观想你的身体就行了（你总会有收功方法吧？），我已经回帖，估计你没往心里去。至于为什么有这些现象？道理不跟你讲，否则你会执着。现在是你问出来怎么办，害怕就回去。总体上该怎么干还怎么干！该怎么练还怎么练！除非你福薄缘浅，心理素质不过关，以致放弃。
一个人静心都不能做到，那就别练了。可见古人要求练己筑基的重要性。第一步做不到，第二步就迷惑，第三步就走不成。
这个事情，如果你有老师，应该首先问你的老师；如果没有，请问询你的相同方法的过来人；如果还没有，你可以找一位过来人问询。以上你都努力之后，如果实在不行，那再给我发一个短消息。但是我可不是什么过来人，意见仅仅供你参考，我们没有任何关系。

A few standard things to follow:

(don't believe in me, believe in your teacher----I actually don't want to say these. Just you said your teacher is not here )

1. To stay calm........very very calm....
2. Don't be afraid.........
3. Don't make interpretation: don't think of it as good or bad....
4. Treat it as normal (it might be temporary).....
5. If you really worry, you can peacefully, slowly use your mind to bring "it back"....if you do it slowly, think peacefully....."it" will come back.
6. Write down your experience everyday in a dairy.....it is for you to summarize your experience....and show it to your teacher (only only your teacher....not me)
7. Continue to live your daily life as normal ......
8. You are alright.

好象阴神有很多种，境界极多，有时会认为自己证得了什么或有独得之迷，千万不可着境，宜看愣严50阴魔，再者，任何一种境界和修持最好有大悲心与正见摄持。
